Simple Lumbar Spine Mobility Flow

Do you suffer with lower back pain? 🤕

It is recorded that up to 80% of adults will suffer with lumbar pain during their lifetime. Whilst there is a plethora of causes for this, lower back pain is frequently triggered by stiffness and lack of mobility.

Yesterday I spent the day crawling around spring cleaning my home, and thinking very little of my posture... and as a result I woke up with severely limited movement and pain this morning. So today has been a day of heat and gentle lumbar mobilisations- as shown in the video below. ** This circuit takes a maximum of 12 minutes and works to improve the mobility in the joints of your lumbar spine. It comprises of ten exercises, designed to be completed at your own pace and to suit a varying range of abilities. This is ideal for people that suffer with frequent LBP or simply as a preventative measure. Have a go and let me know how you get on! 💪🏼
