‼️ not all of us are lucky enough to have an endless supply of gym kit, weights and equipment to continue our normal workout routines, however, that does not mean you cannot continue to work on your strength ‼️
Bodyweight training is a super effective method to increase your overall physical fitness, as well as improve your muscular strength and endurance. Just because the gyms are closed does not mean we have to give up completely!
🎥 the video below is an example of a quick bodyweight circuit using only a chair or bench, and can take place in the house or out and about in parks etc. The circuit comprises of only seven exercises but is designed to target a whole body approach 🎥
