The hip is one of the largest and most mobile weight bearing joints in the body and as such has upwards of twenty muscles crossing the joint 🍑 Muscle weakness and tightness around the hip leads to compensation by other structures- and this inevitably leads to injury.
For those spending more time at home, whether working or not, we are all having to adapt to a new routine that likely involves more sitting.
