Whilst many of us are distancing ourselves, it is imperative to stress the importance of keeping up with regular exercise and your rehabilitation plans!
It may be hard to motivate yourself, especially if you are stuck inside at the moment, but do not let this effect your progress! Don’t quit! Do it!! 💪🏼
It is my aim to help restore you to full, functional fitness- be it for participation in sport or just day-to-day life. To help, I would like to start providing regular online videos, tips, circuits etc. for you to practice at home whilst in isolation.
